Role Overview The Detailer Lead - Plumbing supports construction projects through the creation, coordination, and management of plumbing shop drawings and BIM models, leading the plumbing detailing team and constructability efforts on generally smaller and less complex projects. This role focuses on plumbing-specific trade coordination and technical leadership, partnering closely with the design and modeling group and leading the final trade sign-off process for plumbing scope. This is a remote role. This role may be filled at varying levels based on the candidate's skills, experience, and overall qualifications. Final title, level, and compensation will be determined through the interview and assessment process and will be aligned with internal equity and external market benchmarks.
