Development Coordinator

An Acosta Group Development Coordinator is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and facilitating onboarding and training through the first 30 days of a newly hired Retail Merchandiser. This role involves collaborating with other areas in the Company such as Recruiting / Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Retail Training Specialists, and Field Managers.
