ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Tribe. You’ll help evolve the systems that keep Talon.One reliable, secure, and scalable. Our team uses a Kanban flow and a quarterly roadmap that balances long-term initiatives and iterative improvements. You’ll collaborate closely with infrastructure, platform, and product engineers to build resilient infrastructure, automate operations, and simplify cloud complexity. We value engineers who take ownership, bring proactive thinking to design discussions, and share knowledge openly. This is a hands-on role where reliability, automation, and thoughtful collaboration define success. WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE: 5+ years of experience in a Cloud Infrastructure or DevOps Engineering role, with a strong record of building and maintaining production systems at scale. Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on experience improving automation, reliability, and developer workflows, ideally using tools like ArgoCD or similar GitOps-based deployment s
