Support production environments and troubleshoot technical issues. Work with monitoring and observability tools. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement and platform reliability. Technical Skills Required: With 1-2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, you must have hands-on experience with the following technical skills: CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Azure DevOps Advanced usage of Git FreeMarker (FTL) template engine Shell, Python, and Groovy scripting Linux/Unix operating systems AWS preferred, with Azure/GCP as a plus RDBMS databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL Experience with CI/CD pipelines in complex environments Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools Exposure to SaaS and distributed architectures Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in DevOps and CI/CD Hands-on experience in production or client-facing environments is preferred Advanced English skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work under pressure in production environments Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Team-oriented with a strong collaboration mindset Proactive and continuous improvement mindset Excellent communication, empa
