To streamline deployments and modernize our production practices, we are strengthening the synergy between our Development teams (based in Paris) and our Application Production /Operations teams (based in Porto). We are looking for a DevSecOps with an atypical profile: a development and automation enthusiast, reporting to the Operations team in Porto. Your role will be to support and coach the local Ops team so they can build skills in automation and development practices applied to infrastructure, thereby facilitating deliveries from the Paris development teams. Main responsibilities You will be the technical and collaborative bridge between the local Ops and the Paris Dev teams. Your missions revolve around three pillars: 1. Coaching & Support for Ops teams Change management: Guide, train, and upskill the Ops team on development best practices applied to automation (“Infrastructure as Code”).
