Diagnostics Engineer or Technical Specialist - North America (Hybrid)

The Diagnostics Engineer or Technical Specialist is part of the Service Delivery Office (SDO) and responsible for providing technical support to the service organization in the life cycle (Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring, and Closing) of John Crane’s Asset Condition Management projects across the region. They will consult with the customer to identify needs to manage their assets condition, and work alongside the business development team to develop aligned value propositions. They will manage the execution of each project, working alongside the Contract Manager, on-site teams and local sales teams. Responsibilities include but no limited to the following: Engaging and influencing global stakeholders from client leadership teams to technical experts. Consulting with customer on their reliability vision, strategy, & roadmap; creating plans to fulfil them by: Implementation of new services and Enhancements to existing programs. In alignment with the business strategy and with the Regional Contract Service Delivery Manager, develop and deliver plans to expand condition monitoring services. This includes personal development and tool specification. Implement Asset Condition Management services.
