This role will define and maintain a comprehensive DEX strategy and multi-year roadmap, identifying the technology capabilities required to address experience gaps, business needs, and future-state objectives. The DEX Architect will lead the development of technology modernization plans that support DEX vision, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance workforce productivity and engagement. Additionally, the role will evaluate emerging technologies and strategic investments, providing architectural guidance and recommendations to ensure alignment with organizational goals, operational requirements, and long-term digital workplace transformation efforts.
