Job Description Summary: ModMed is looking for a Digital Strategist to evaluate, analyze, and optimize customer journeys across our website, external content, and media channels. In this role, you will bridge the gap between data-driven insights and strategic execution, connecting audience insights, brand strategy, and performance metrics to craft high-impact digital experiences. You will zoom out to build holistic journey strategies and zoom in to turn raw analytics into measurable business growth. Your Role: Develop integrated digital customer journeys aligned with overarching business objectives, brand direction, and product/market strategies. Go beyond basic traffic metrics by combining web analytics, heatmap data, A/B testing history, and specialist insights to uncover root performance drivers. Leverage AI tools to gather diverse
