They currently manage 300+ active clients through a pod-based remote team structure, delivering high-converting content and community engagement strategies that drive measurable business growth. Working with clients across the home services industry, the agency combines direct response copywriting, audience psychology, and proven marketing frameworks to create content that builds trust, increases engagement, and converts community members into customers. About the Role We are looking for a Direct Response Copywriter who thrives on writing persuasive, engaging, and conversion-focused content. In this role, you will create compelling Facebook Group content for a portfolio of home service clients, helping them attract new leads, build authority within their communities, and strengthen customer relationships. You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers and internal pod teams to ensure every piece of content aligns with each client's brand voice and marketing objectives.
