Position Overview This role can be based remotely in the US or in Denver, CO. The Director, AI Delivery, Global serves as Vantage's execution leader for artificial intelligence delivery, translating approved business requirements into measurable business impact through disciplined delivery of AI solutions. This role owns the Accelerators/Delivery pillar of the AI Organization, accepting validated opportunities from the Navigators pillar, building and testing the solution, and transitioning it to Platform for operational readiness and to Adoption for rollout. The Director builds and leads the AI Delivery team, ensuring that delivery velocity never compromises technical excellence, governance compliance, or sustainable scalability. This position represents the essential bridge between strategic AI vision and operational reality, accountable for transforming Vantage's ambitious AI roadmap into deployable capabilities that measurably advance business objectives. Success requires balancing the urgency of rapid prototyping cycles with the discipline of enterprise architecture, the creativity of innovation with the rigor of governance, and the autonomy of empowered teams with the alignment necessary for organizational coherence.
