Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia The Director, Analytics is a senior level position responsible for shaping analytic strategy and delivering high-impact insights across complex customer engagements. This role reports directly to the VP of Analytics and operates as the highest-level analytic authority on our productionalized analytics engines and dashboards; driving methodological rigor, influencing business strategy, and ensuring analytics directly support contractual commitments and measurable performance outcomes. This individual will lead a team of SQL analysts and BI developers to deliver scalable analytic solutions. Given the scale, visibility, and complexity of the work, this role requires deep healthcare domain expertise, advanced technical capability, strong executive presence, and the ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments. What Success Looks Like In 3 months Develop deep understanding of enterprise data architecture, reporting commitments, and performance objectives Establish credibility as a strategic analytic partner to senior leaders and to your direct reports Contribute to builds across backend and frontend deliverables Provide guidance on complex analytic workstreams and influence prioritization decisions Build trust from team of 4-8 analysts/dashboarders and understand how team fits into priorities Work to refine current OKRs and build team out necessary to execute on those OKRs In 6 months Drive measurable improvements in analytic quality, scalability
