In this role, you won’t just track trends—you will define the playbook for how CIOs, from the world's largest companies, newest startups, and innovative governments, secure and modernize their enterprises through the lens of AI and data-driven transformation. Leveraging over 10+ years of technology executive experience and passion for learning, you will transform complex shifts in technologies, practices, and markets into actionable insights, mentoring global leaders and commanding the stage as a definitive voice in the industry. About the role: As a Director Analyst in Gartner ’s Business CIO & AI Leaders group, you will serve as a global thought leader within Business & Technology Insights. In this role, you will help CIOs and tech executives from around the world securely architect technology, data, and AI for modernization and innovation. Leveraging deep analytical and strong communications skills, you will produce essential research and directly counsel clients through written content, executive briefings, and Gartner conferences to solve mission-critical enterprise challenges. What you will do: Be an industry thought leader Build credibility as an expert representing Gartner Business and Technology Insights on topics such as application modernization, integration of AI into operations, and platform implementation Drive the global conversation platforms and application modernization through Gartner and the media Conduct insightful research Track global market trends related to core industries, relevant vendors, emerging technologies, and best practices Actively participate in ideation, cohort discussions to establish strong positions on technical topics that impact CIOs Lead qualitative and quantitative
