As Director, Commerce , you’ll oversee strategy and execution across commerce media and marketplace/retail dynamics, ensure consistently excellent delivery, and act as a senior partner to client teams in high‑stakes moments. You’ll set clear standards for craft, testing, and operational discipline, champion product‑ and measurement‑led ways of working, and build a strong bench of talent as the commerce landscape continues to evolve. The candidate should possess the ability to jump in and out of client businesses, work cross-functionally with team members and be willing to roll up their sleeves to deliver the best possible outcome for client or new business opportunities.
