Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Director, Corporate Development will make an impact: The Director, Corporate Development is responsible for leading the evaluation and execution of strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth initiatives. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, including the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board, delivering high-quality analysis, clear recommendations, and driving cross-functional alignment to achieve corporate objectives. The position requires a highly capable deal professional with strong financial acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage complex, high-visibility initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities for this role include: Lead end-to-end financial analysis and valuation workstreams across strategic transactions, including M&A, licensing, and partnerships. Build, refine, and oversee complex financial models that incorporate multiple scenarios, risks, and assumptions. Drive transaction processes beyond valuation, including structuring, negotiations, and execution. Synthesize cross-functional inputs into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
