Position Overview : The Director of Data Architecture & Engineering will play a central role in ensuring Ceribell ’s systems and data architecture support the organization’s strategic objectives by shaping and managing our technological and data infrastructure. This role bears the primary responsibility for facilitating communication and execution across Commercial, Engineering, Financial, Infrastructure, and Security teams, ensuring that our systems drive organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and flexibility. This role will translate ideas and early-stage prototypes from business stakeholders into robust, scalable, and maintainable internal tools, ensuring each one fits cohesively within our broader enterprise architecture. It requires exceptional leadership, communication, project management, and collaboration skills, as well as the proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders, navigate cross-functional matrices, and drive consensus quickly.
