SUMMARY The Director of Data & Portfolio Management is a key member of the IT leadership team responsible for unifying data across the enterprise and bringing program and project management discipline to the IT organization. This role leads data unification initiatives spanning commercial, marketing, and manufacturing functions, and owns the support and project portfolio for core enterprise systems including ERP, HRIS, contract management, and expense management. Beyond program leadership, this individual serves a key roll in the IT Leadership Team, driving agenda-setting, operational cadence, and accountability across the function. The Director leverages AI-enabled tools to create real-time visibility into IT work, acts as the organization's SME for program and operational best practices, and holds both business and IT stakeholders accountable to strong data governance standards.
