We are looking for a Director of Engineering, Platform to lead our Global Developer Engineering within the Tech Foundations vertical. Based in Berlin, your mission is to maximize the leverage of Delivery Hero’s engineering organizations by reducing complexity through a cohesive and opinionated platform, and to deliver an amazing developer experience. In this role, you will oversee the unified developer platform and core infrastructure capabilities that empower over 4,000 software engineers across our global engineering community to build, deploy, and operate resilient software. Success in this role directly accelerates product delivery, enhances system stability, and optimizes cloud-native infrastructure costs across the entire Delivery Hero group. Reporting to the VP of Global Developer Platform, you will be a strategic thought leader, an impactful mentor for engineering leaders, and a key partner to executive stakeholders across our global market-leading brands.
