Job Details The Director, Growth Performance & Planning is a pivotal member of the Growth Operations team, responsible for enterprise forecasting accuracy, pipeline governance, and performance visibility across all growth verticals. Drive standardized forecasting processes, enforce pipeline discipline, and deliver actionable performance insights that improve conversion, planning accuracy, and revenue outcomes. Serving as a strategic thought partner and subject matter expert on business performance, the Director collaborates closely with Sales, Market Leaders, Growth Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment, inform decision-making, and enable scalable growth. This leader plays a critical role in translating data into strategy, proactively identifying risks and opportunities, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives. Responsibilities Forecasting & Planning Lead enterprise-wide sales forecasting processes, assumptions and definitions across all business units. Own forecast reviews and executive roll-up reporting to drive visibility and alignment across the business.
