This role sits at the center of how we bring those products to market. We're hiring a Director, GTM Program Management & Analytics to own the operational backbone of our commercial go-to-market function. This is a program management and analytical leadership role: you will design and run the systems, cadences, and performance infrastructure that make launches land consistently — across local game stores, retail channels, and digital touchpoints. You'll work across Studio, Commercial, WPN, Marketing, and Analytics to drive coordination, surface insights, and translate data into decisions. What You'll Do: Launch program management Own launch planning and execution end-to-end — from early planning through post-launch review — with clear milestones, readiness criteria, and accountable owners at each stage. Maintain a single coordinated launch plan across Studio, Commercial, WPN, Marketing, and Analytics, including dependencies, decision gates, and escalation paths for blocking issues. Build and maintain repeatable launch programs and in-store activations that produce consistent retail outcomes across channels. Produce and manage a centralized GTM enablement toolkit — playbooks, readiness checklists, FAQs — and run the launch cadence including readiness reviews, executive updates, and post-launch retrospectives.
