We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Director, Healthcare Partnerships help expand and deepen partnerships with healthcare providers and systems across the country. In this role, you will work directly with healthcare executives and external organizational leaders to identify workforce challenges, develop partnership opportunities, and drive measurable business growth through customized education and workforce solutions. Success in this role will be measured not only by the strength of relationships built, but by the ability to generate new partnerships, expand revenue opportunities, and create long-term organizational impact. You’ll play a central role in helping healthcare organizations address critical staffing shortages, strengthen talent pipelines, improve retention, and create scalable workforce development initiatives in allied health, nursing, healthcare administration, and leadership development.
