We are currently seeking a Director of HR to oversee our Fluid/Culture/Ice Cream Plants. This is a remote role to include travel, specifically to our FCIC plants (Portland, ME; Concord NH; Agawam, MA Suffield, CT; New York: Arkport, LaFargeville and Vernon. Position requires 75% travel. The Director, HR develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares personnel forecast to project employment Writes directives advising department managers of company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits. Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
