Pinterest is hiring a Director, Marketing Technology & Innovation, the most senior technology leader within our Marketing, Creative and Communications organization. To start, you will lead a hybrid team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs), AI Solutions Engineers, and third party platform engineering partners. This role starts as a player-coach. You will be hands-on alongside your teams, finding resourceful solutions as the function takes shape, with the autonomy to make a few strategic hires as it grows. The right person is a genuine leader and developer of people who has not lost touch with the technology itself, still knows how to build and close enough to the stack to make smart decisions and earn the trust of both marketers and engineers.
