Director, Markets

About the role: You will manage membership growth and financial performance within their market. You work across a cross functional team to manage performance and to assist in the development and execution of strategies for Oscar to meet short and long term goals. You'll develop and maintain relationships within the market with current and potential future network partners to deliver best in class member care and outcomes. You will report into the Vice President, Market Management. Work Location: Work Location: This is a remote position based in the field, open to candidates who reside in Indiana, Illinois & Ohio. Your daily work will involve a blend of work from your home office and frequent travel for client meetings. Travel may be required for team meetings and company events. #LI-Remote Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $162,453 - $213,220 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.
