Overview Bluesight is seeking a Director of Clinical Strategy to support our KitCheck and KitCheck Anywhere products. This role is ideal for a clinical leader who is passionate about using technology to solve real-world challenges in healthcare, specifically around medication management. The ideal candidate is a healthcare expert who thrives on educating stakeholders, building value-driven relationships, and has deep knowledge in inventory management, patient safety, and healthcare operations. As a strategic partner to both prospective and existing clients, you'll help demonstrate how Bluesight 's KitCheck and KitCheck Anywhere platforms maximize staff productivity with significantly faster restocking, recall mitigation, and shortage management across central pharmacies, ORs, clinics, and other drug distribution centers. Working closely with the Senior Director of Clinical Strategy, you'll serve as the clinical voice for the KitCheck product line across sales, product, and marketing. Responsibilities Establish strategic & trusting relationships to advise healthcare leaders on best practices for KitCheck and KitCheck Anywhere Lead live product demonstrations, virtually and in person, to help hospital teams evaluate and operationalize KitCheck and KitCheck Anywhere within their existing workflows Drive sales performance by collaborating with the sales team to convey the value of KitCheck and KitCheck Anywhere and their automation processes to prospective clients Assist sales leaders in developing business plans to achieve revenue goals Engage a
