Job Description: The Director of Compliance is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the Ethics Awareness and Compliance Program (“Program”) for Honu Services and the sister subsidiaries it supports (collectively, the “enterprise”). Embedded within the Office of Regulatory Affairs, this foundational role ensures the enterprise operates in full alignment with applicable laws, regulations, government contracting standards, and internal policies, while supporting business growth, risk management, and audit readiness. The ideal candidate will establish and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework for the Federal procurement market which fosters enterprise growth and a strong culture of compliance. The position reports to and is overseen by the General Counsel & Head of Compliance, however the Director of Compliance will periodically report to Honu Services ’ C-Suite (currently the CEO, COO, and CFO), as well as the Board of Directors of Na Oiwi Kane, Honu Services ’ parent company, on the effectiveness of the Program, issues arising under the Program, and resources needed to maintain the Program.
