Ameresco has a new opportunity for a Director of Construction to join our Water Infrastructure Team. This role will support the final design, safe construction, commissioning, and successful implementation of multimillion-dollar water infrastructure and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) projects. The Director of Construction will provide hands-on leadership across project planning, subcontractor coordination, construction execution, budget management, safety, quality assurance, and customer delivery. NOTE: Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the Central time zone. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale water infrastructure and AMI projects, including subcontract administration, construction activities, commissioning, and project closeout. Provide hands-on leadership and direction to project teams, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and construction resources to support safe, high-quality project delivery. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer expectations to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
