We are looking for a Director of Global Benefits to act as the architect of our health, wellness, and retirement programs worldwide. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Total Rewards, you will be a key member of the People & Culture leadership team. You won't just manage plans; you will define the Workiva benefits philosophy, ensuring our benefits are a competitive advantage that reflects our commitment to employee wellbeing. The Impact You’ll Have Global Strategy & Governance: Design and implement a multi-year global benefits roadmap that aligns with our corporate culture and financial objectives. Executive Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to regional HR leaders and Executive stakeholders, providing data-driven insights into benefit trends and cost-mitigation strategies. Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and develop a high-performing team (currently including an American benefits manager and a benefits analyst.), fostering a culture of professional growth and operational excellence. Fiscal Stewardship: Direct the global benefits budget, leading high-stakes negotiations with brokers and carriers to optimize our "spend-to-value" ratio. Modernization & Innovation: Drive the evolution of our benefits technology stack (Workday) and wellness offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of a diverse global workforce.
