Reporting to our Chief Product Officer, you will own and drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for our cards product offering. From supporting the integration into our partners to delivering a leading product to our customers – this role will be the focal point for delivering our cards strategy. Your role includes: - Own the Cards Product Strategy: Define and execute the long-term vision for cards at ClearBank. - Commercial Focus: Build and manage the Cards P&L for revenue optimization – working with other Product Leads to deliver best-in-class propositions. - Lead a cards team that interacts with all operational functions within the bank to provide a coordinated and robust operating model. - End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to enhancement. - Support our Scheme Management Team
