About the Role: As Director of Product Management, you will own the execution and health of the product capability roadmap that defines what Havoc builds across air, land, and sea domains—and how it gets delivered. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and delivery, partnering with the VP of Product to help build and shape a high-functioning product organization from the ground up. This role drives alignment across Engineering, Mission Operations, and Go-to-Market while establishing the standards, processes, and practices that scale Havoc's product function as the company grows. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Product Organization Development: Partner with the VP of Product to build and scale the product organization by contributing to role structures, operating rhythms, and the standards that enable the PM team to own capabilities end-to-end across the Havoc stack. - Product Vision & Strategy: Support and execute the long-term product vision across air, land, and sea domains. Translate company strategy and VP-level direction into prioritized, executable product plans across the PM team. - Roadmap Ownership: Maintain and execute the master capability roadmap across air, land, and sea domains in partnership with the VP of Product.
