Role Summary Renew Home is seeking a Sales Director, Utility Partnerships, to drive new business growth with utilities across North America. This is an individual contributor role designed for a proven dealmaker who thrives in complex enterprise sales environments and knows how to turn emerging markets into closed contracts. The role involves travel (approximately 15% or more) to engage directly with utility partners, attend industry events, and build relationships across the energy ecosystem. Renew Home is building the largest residential virtual power plant in North America, enabling utilities to unlock flexible grid capacity from connected homes. Our platform aggregates devices to deliver reliable, dispatchable capacity that supports grid reliability and accelerates decarbonization. This role is for someone who is energized by identifying new opportunities, building momentum with customers, and helping shape how new solutions come to market.
