Job Summary The Director, Product & Advanced Strategies: Advanced Sales is part of the Connect Wealth Solution’s Product and Advanced Strategies team. The Product and Advanced Strategies team is comprised of subject matter experts in the areas of financial strategies, practice management, and products. In this role, the individual works closely with annuity and life insurance wholesalers, as well as financial professionals, to leverage the individual’s subject matter expertise in financial planning, tax strategies, estate planning, small business planning, and insurance solutions to drive sales growth and enhance the firm’s relationships and reputation. This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills along with the ability to lead and influence others without direct supervisory authority.
