JOB INTRODUCTION Leads cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs across Tekion's Service (Fixed Ops) product portfolio. Oversees the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring products - including AI-native agents and intelligent workflows across the service and repair order lifecycle - deliver measurable value and drive company growth.
