Qventus uses AI to optimize health system operations across inpatient capacity, surgical growth, ambulatory access, and care gap closure. Following our $105M Series D led by KKR, we are scaling multi-product operations and expanding our commercial organization. This is a foundational build role. You will unify and own the end-to-end revenue lifecycle across Marketing, Sales, and CS, including forecast integrity, pipeline architecture, territory/quota models, deal desk, and GTM systems strategy. Reporting directly to a neutral revenue owner, you will serve as a key partner and builder with full mandate to shape the function. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end forecasting methodology, cadence, and accuracy (<10% variance to actuals). Architect the pipeline funnel, stage exit criteria, governance, and velocity/conversion analytics. Design and maintain the territory, quota, and compensation model across a growing AVP team and multiple product lines.
