About the Role We are looking for a driven, high-energy Director, RIA Business Development to help expand InvestX 's Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) distribution channel across the U.S. This is a prospecting-first sales role for someone who gets energy from creating opportunities. You will spend a significant portion of your time identifying target RIAs, cold calling, executing outbound outreach, finding the right decision-makers, and turning new conversations into qualified meetings and opportunities. Working closely with the Head of RIA Business Development, you will help build the top of the sales funnel and expand InvestX 's reach within the independent wealth management market. We're looking for a true hunter mentality. You are persistent, competitive, curious, and resourceful. You're comfortable picking up the phone, hearing "no," following up again, and finding another way into an account. You don't wait for opportunities to come to you—you create them.
