The Role This is a hands-on Director-level sales leadership role responsible for scaling Buyerlink ’s Home Services business in the U.S. You will personally lead and close high-value partnerships with national and regional home improvement companies while managing the current sales team and building the systems, standards, and talent needed to grow. You are not starting from zero. Buyerlink has an existing book of business, an experienced team, proven technology, and strong market momentum. Your job is to turn that foundation into a larger, more disciplined, and faster-growing sales organization. What You'll Do Own Home Services revenue growth across prospecting, discovery, negotiation, close, and expansion Lead strategic deals with national and regional home improvement companies and senior decision makers Build a targeted pipeline through relationships, referrals, account research, outbound prospecting, and industry networking Manage and coach the sales team to consistent activity, pipeline, quota, and performance standards Build the future sales organization by defining hiring profiles, recruiting, onboarding expectations, sales process, and accountability rhythms Tell a clear ROI story through compelling presentations, business cases, and consultative sales conversations Maintain strong CRM discipline with accurate pipeline, clean forecasting, and consistent follow-up Use AI tools to increase sales productivity across prospect research, outreach, coaching, and workflow automation Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, product, and le
