Summary The Director, Sales Training and Development will play a critical role leading the strategic development, management, and execution of commercial training and sales enablement programs for Aspen Surgical. Leading our commercial training and development approach, this role is responsible for crafting and delivering dynamic training programs across various mediums including e-learning and live sessions in partnership with the Product Management team. This position works across key commercial stakeholders to enable us to execute our global product strategy to maximize revenue and profitability of the Aspen Surgical product portfolio. In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to equip the commercial team with in-depth knowledge of our products and services, ensuring a thorough understanding of features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Design and deliver effective training modules both face-to-face as well as e-learning, incorporating various learning methods such as workshops, online resources, and role-playing exercises to enhance skill development and product expertise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay updated on product updates, market trends, and competitive intelligence, integrating this information into training materials to keep the sales force informed and adaptable. Assess the individual training needs of the team and tailor training initiatives accordingly, addressing skill gaps and promoting continuous improvement in performance
