Come be a part of our journey! We're looking for a Director of Solutions Architecture to build and lead the team of Solutions Architects supporting our Enterprise and Strategic accounts across AMER. You'll own the technical strategy and execution for our most complex, highest-value sales motions, working in close partnership with Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership. This is both a player-coach and a builder role: you'll hire, develop, and manage a high-performing team, personally engage on the most strategic deals, and shape how ClickHouse wins technically in the enterprise. What You'll Do Build, lead, and scale the Enterprise & Strategic Solutions Architecture team across AMER, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management. Own the technical win strategy for Enterprise and Strategic opportunities, personally engaging on the highest-stakes evaluations and executive relationships alongside your team. Partner with Sales leadership to build territory and account plans, set technical engagement standards, and ensure SAs are deployed against the highest-impact opportunities.
