The Director, Special Projects & Performance - Qatar is a senior leadership role embedded within the Qatar market, reporting directly to the Managing Director of Qatar. Acting as the right hand of the MD, this role is responsible for driving business performance, owning the market P&L, managing a team, and leading strategic and special projects that are critical to Qatar's growth and profitability. This role is fully dedicated to the Qatar market, providing depth of focus, local ownership and hands-on execution across all aspects of the business. P&L Ownership & Management: Own the Qatar P&L end to end - from budgeting and forecasting to monthly variance analysis and corrective actions Partner with regional team to develop the yearly budget and Best Estimate (BE) cycles
