Director, Supply Chain Planning & Strategy

The Director, Supply Chain Planning & Strategy will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the organization’s logistics, repair, and distribution network, focusing on optimizing stock levels, reporting KPIs, and driving process improvements. This position plays a critical role in aligning operations with demand forecasting and supply planning, ensuring efficiency and profitability. The role oversees the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) framework, ensuring collaboration across functional teams and alignment with executive priorities. This leader will provide significant visibility to senior executives and clients, supporting critical decision-making processes that enhance financial outcomes, operational productivity, and customer satisfaction. This is a remote role, with travel expected ~15%. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
