Director, Technical Program Management & Engineering Business Operations San Mateo, CA (Hybrid) Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Director of Technical Program Management & Engineering Business Operations to lead the Technical Program Management function within Foundational Systems & Experiences Engineering (FSEE) while serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership. This role combines leadership of the FSEE TPM organization in the Americas with responsibility for Engineering Business Operations in support of the VP's organization. The Director will lead and grow a team of Technical Program Managers driving execution across FSEE while partnering closely with executive leadership on organizational planning, strategic initiatives, communications, and operational excellence across a globally distributed organization. You'll report to the VP of Engineering and serve as a member of their Engineering Leadership Team, acting as a trusted advisor on organizational strategy, planning, and execution. You will help shape the direction of the organization, drive alignment across their leadership teams, and ensure strategic priorities are translated into measurable outcomes.
