Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create and maintain IT documentation, translating complex information into clear, concise materials for diverse audiences. This role involves collaboration with Development, Quality Assurance, and Technical Support teams to produce a wide range of technical publications, including manuals and product documentation. Responsibilities: Create and maintain IT documentation, ensuring clarity and conciseness for various target audiences. Collaborate with Development, Quality Assurance, and Technical Support teams to produce a variety of technical publications. Interview subject matter experts and technical staff to gather information and prepare written content. Organize and coordinate the layout and structure of technical materials. Research and incorporate additional information, such as drawings and specifications, to complete documentation. Review, critique, and edit various technical documents, including design documents and system overviews. Maintain and manage the internal documentation library.
