Dynamics 365 Consultant (Business Central) Work from Home

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Dynamics 365 Consultant (Business Central) to join our team and play a key role in executing upon our growth plans within the digital transformation industry. You will be a seasoned Business Central Functional Consultant with a background in requirements gathering, design, implementation, and support of Business Central solutions for the UK SME market. You will take full ownership of all projects overseeing their successful delivery, whilst also remaining customer facing. The role will also provide assistance and insight to the Commercial Team to drive product adoption with clients and prospects, building commercial awareness within our teams. In this role, you will need a thirst for learning, a passion for people and be able to work collaboratively to leverage and develop the knowledge, skills, and experience within our consultancy team. What you'll be getting up to on a day-to-day basis: Work with the Commercial Team in a pre-sales capacity to provide demos and quotations and assistance with proposals Carry out project scoping as required and engage fully with the client so that they clearly define their wants and needs Review client's relevant internal business processes so that our optimum solutions can be designed/offered Document the client's requirements so that appropriate solutions can be designed, and accurate project plans can be produced with the aim of guiding the client through a successful implementation Implement solutions for the client and provide training and support during the implementation phase across the core Business Central solution including: Data migration System testing System configuration Take ownership of all tasks assigned including liaising with clients as and when required Collaborate with other Business Solutions team members to work towards successful project delivery for our clients Provide application support to our clients via the Business Solutions Support Desk when r
