The Enterprise Application Support Specialist III role is an IT technical analyst role with the Deluxe ITMS support Team accountable to ensure the proper functioning of live, operational, customer-facing environments that are cloud-based, SaaS architectures. The team maintains availability and monitors performance as well as diagnosing problems, anticipating trends and the development of new tools to support the platform. Coordinate with other teams on preparation and installation of new software and making upgrades to ITMS system. Also, EAS Specialist III is responsible for mentoring and coaching to improve team members skills set. The computing environments are primarily Windows server domain-based running MS SQL Enterprise databases with proprietary image and transaction processing systems for the financial industry. Also, there is Linux servers in the environment. Provide coaching and training and mentoring your coworkers/peers Active monitoring and review of Production Applications for Performance and Accuracy. Cooperative troubleshooting and analytic work with other technical members and members of Development, QA and Support teams. Also, be able to manage on-call supports a 24/7 production environment.
