Job Description: We are seeking an experiencedEconomic Damages Expert Witnessto join our team of experts. This individual will serve as a consulting and testifying expert on cases involving economic damages, lost earnings, lost profits, business interruption, diminished earning capacity, related employment matters, life care plan costs, and other financial loss analyses. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in economics, forensic economic analysis, or financial damages assessment, along with exceptional analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. Candidates should be comfortable evaluating complex financial data, developing defensible economic damage models, and presenting opinions through written reports, depositions, and trial testimony.
