Overview Lynker Corporation is seeking to hire a qualified candidate to support a contract with NOAA Research Office of Ocean Exploration and Research (OER). These are full-time positions that may be performed on-site or remotely, with anticipated travel in support of meetings, workshops, and field activities. Hiring for these positions will be contingent on contract award. Lynker will be operating under its Propel joint venture, a NOAA ProTech Oceans 2.0 prime contract holder. This Contract is Contingent on Contract Award. The contractor shall provide technical and administrative services for the creation, management, and refinement of educational materials and digital content. The contractor shall provide technical and administrative services for the development, implementation, and expansion of education and outreach strategies. Responsibilities Duties of the Education/Outreach Product Development, Strategy, and Programmatic Growth Support will include the following: Content Management and Gap Analysis: Establishing, curating, and maintaining a storage management system for all historic and current education content; identifying gaps in current content and priorities for the development of new materials. Education Product Development: Planning, coordinating, and executing the development of education products—including coordinating the technical inputs of external partners—that meet contemporary classroom needs, standards, and instructional methods. Brand Identity and Graphic Design Services: Coordinating the development of a unique brand identity for NOAA Ocean Exploration for education products produced in print and shared online; performing the graphic design of new educational materials and performing technical reviews of the work of external partners.
