Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. Lead and coordinate all Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (EIC) activities for turnkey or consortium partner projects. Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal/external stakeholders on all EIC-related topics. Ensure engineering deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Identify technical, commercial, and schedule risks, and proactively drive mitigation actions with engineering teams and suppliers. Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team across multiple locations. Drive procurement activities, including supplier selection, technical bid evaluation, and contract scope reviews. Oversee engineering documentation, project schedules, budgets, and construction-related deliverables. Support project execution by ensuring compliance with contractual, operational, and regulatory requirements. Strong technical background in industrial electrical and control systems with solid process and product knowledge. Several years of experience working in multidisciplinary project environments. Experience managing suppliers and procuring complex systems. Strong problem-solving, interface management, and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a collaborative team spirit. Experience with Root Cause Analysis methodologies and engineering problem-solving techniques.
