We are seeking an Electrical Consultant to join our Building Consultant team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the Building Consultant team in Mexico, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of Electric analysis. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of cost analysis but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks. Job Responsibilities Inspect and evaluate damages to different types of mechanical and electronic systems, such as cold storage refrigeration systems, boilers, steam and gas turbines, textile processing, petroleum refineries, medical and lab equipment, conveyor mechanisms, offset printing presses, computer systems, data recovery, high-temperature furnaces, pollution control equipment, and injection molding machinery. Conduct configuration audits. Analyze requirements and specifications to determine comparable equipment replacements. Provide research for determining costs associated with equipment replacement (i.e., new and used). Determine fair market equipment appraisals. Expected to produce 3+ page written reports regularly.
