Job Description Lead and manage the electrical design team, providing guidance and support. Oversee the design and development of electrical drawings (Schematics & General. Arrangement) and associated Bill of Materials (BOM’s) for all Client products (LVSG, DataBar, RPPs, and PDUs). Ensure all designs comply with the relevant UL industry standards and regional regulations. Maintain Electrical Design CAD Blocks and libraries to ensure compliance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct design reviews and provide technical expertise to the project team. Checking of Schematics, GA’s and BOMs against quotes to ensure engineering accuracy. Contribute innovatively with the Quality & Engineering Systems departments to improve business best practice. Provide technical support to internal technical, mechanical, production and supply chain team departments where required. Maintain accurate & complete design records in line with our document control function. Help drive continuous improvement activities within engineering. Promote proactive risk identification, mitigation, and resolution; opportunity & issues identification throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure that all Health and Safety procedures are followed in accordance with company policies. Ensure that all works are performed as defined within Client’s Quality Management System.
