POSITION SUMMARY: Verify and correct patient insurance and policy information to ensure clean claims prior to payer submission and minimize reimbursement delays. Identify and resolve eligibility denials, verification failures, payer mapping issues, and system errors to improve claim accuracy. Analyze eligibility trends and communicate findings to leadership to support process improvements and operational performance. Collaborate with offshore teams and internal partners to improve eligibility accuracy, reduce denials, and optimize revenue cycle outcomes. Maintain productivity, quality, and accuracy standards while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced remote environment. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred with 2+ years of medical billing, eligibility, or healthcare revenue cycle experience.
