Embedded Linux Software Engineer About the Role You will serve as a key technical leader in developing sophisticated, embedded software solutions for ADI's most challenging products. This senior position requires deep technical expertise, proven leadership abilities, and the capacity to influence technical strategy across teams. You'll work on complex/critical projects as a key contributor and technical resource, potentially leading teams without formal management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture and design of complex embedded software systems Drive technical innovation and best practices across teams Develop solutions to complex technical problems Provide technical leadership on strategic projects Mentor and develop technical talent within the organization Influence cross-functional technical decisions Drive system-level architecture improvements Collaborate with business units to align technical solutions with market needs Must Have Skills Embedded Systems Architecture : Advanced expertise in designing sophisticated embedded software architectures Hardware-Software Integration : Deep understanding of hardware-software interfaces and integration challenges SoC Development : Extensive experience with System-on-Chip development and optimization Performance Optimization : Expert ability to analyze and optimize complex embedded systems Technical Leadership : Proven capability to gui
